Cheap Copycat | Grammy pull offs

I know one main reason I watch the Grammys, isn’t to see who won what category, more or less to do with what everyone wore. We all can only dream of when it will be our day, that we walk the red carpet in gorgeous designer labels. So why can’t we? Looking at the best dressed celebrities on the Grammy red carpet, we take a loo at how we can mimic their style for cheaper.

Ri Ri | Rihanna stole the show with her two piece look. I adored the orange crop top, that showed off her midriff, as it broke up the darkness of the skirt. She tied it all together with simple silver jewellery, so the attention weren’t elsewhere. I found an orange crop top from Pretty Little Thing for £10/$12.50, pairing it with an ASOS boho black skirt  for £28/$35. This skirt is so versatile if you wanted to wear it both to a smart event or a casual shopping trip. Diamante cross earrings for £6/$7.50 and a black metal clutch bag £8/$10 added a little touch. However i can never take out a small clutch, pack too much stuff to do this. So for you girlies that are like me and prefer the bigger bag, found this faux fur clutch bag that was to die for as an alternate £22/$27.50. Especially with the hint of orange, ties the outfit all together.

Katy Perry | Katy Perry can make or break an outfit, but with her recent comeback to music she pulled out a stopper. Unfortunately, I don’t go to any events where I found her look to be wearable. So I found a casual alternate for you beauties to be able to pull off at a cheaper price tag. Who would of thought sequins and feathers could look so amazing and not tacky.  They use to be two of my hatreds in fashion and now it’s a must. Misguided had some good offers, from the pink sequin top  for £14/$17.50 and a matching pink feather skirt  for£45/$56. Keeping with the metallic tones in the outfit, a silver pair of stilettos brought out the outfit for £22.99/$28.70.

Halsey | This outfit is a style, that won’t float many peoples boats. I love the texture of satin for an outfit. I mean, whats more comfy than wearing pyjamas all day every day? ASOS had an edgy two piece satin set that put Halsey to the test of money. Navy satin trousers for £25/$30, followed by a matching navy satin blouse for £47.50/$59.30. Are you daring enough to have you chest out? If so, add it with loads of silver necklaces to add edge to the outfit. Misguided is my favourite for jewellery, so chuck on a whole load of these and you will dress up your casual outfit. From left to right, Wrap necklace £8/$10, Silver layered £10/$12.50, Coin necklace £8/$10 and Velvet wrap choker £6/$7.50.
